Shipping policy
Holiday Shipping Notice
Orders placed between February 14-23 may experience processing delays of up to 10 days due to Chinese New Year celebrations when our fulfillment partners are closed. We appreciate your patience and will resume normal shipping times immediately following the holiday period.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package status at any time using this number.
International Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at helpshapewave@gmail.com with photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Order Modifications
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at helpshapewave@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify it.
